Pastor Joseph Fletcher, Senior Pastor of Restoration Christian Center, was born and raised inWashington, DC. He accepted salvation in 1981 at a tender age of 10. At a young adult age, he found himself trapped in a world of crime. Pastor Fletcher was incarcerated for 16 years. God later spoke to his heart and the transformation process began. He was ordained as a Minister in 2011 under the leadership of Bishop Vance Oldes of Liberty House International Ministries. He was later ordained as an Elder in the Lords Church in 2019. Additionally, Pastor Fletcher is an anointed vocalist who truly praised and worships God through ministry of music. Pastor Fletcher is a relatable teacher with a dynamic style of teaching. He is a natural born leader, who has a magnetic personality complimented by a loving spirit. God raised him out of the streets and his primary passion is to return to the streets but this time with the Word of God
Co-Pastor Tonya Fletcher, affectionately known as Pastor T, is a native of Washington, DC. Pastor T comes from humble beginnings and has worked extremely hard to prove those wrong who told her she would never be nothing. After having a child, at 17, Pastor T, still went on to college and has been in the medical field for over 25 years. She was ordained in 2004 under the leadership of Apostle Michael Freeman of Spirit of Faith Christian Center (now Faith City Central). Pastor T, heart is toward teen moms, single mothers and women in general, because she believes, if she can make it through the storms of life, so can they. She is a model to other women to serve with grace and finesse. Pastor T assist her husband in ministry in any areas where there is a need.
